Use our FREE returns service through DHL

From here you can book DHL to collect your return. You will be required to print a label and attach it to the parcel.

You will be asked to supply information about the items you are returning:

• Please remember to include your return form in the box, stating whether you want a return or an exchange.
• A standard shoe box is 2kg
• A standard shoe box is approx. 39cm long x 19cm wide x 13cm high.
• Please note that Herring Shoes are not liable for any excess charges including customs charges incurred by returning your items. We are paying to collect your items using the standard courier service, we do not pay for anything else. Please double check all your paperwork is filled in correctly. If in doubt please contact us on info@herringshoes.co.uk to confirm any details or ask the courier on collection. Any charges additional to the collection fees will be passed on to you.
